Bonfire Babies!

I got this cute little decorative portable fire pit from one of the sellers I'm working with. I was so excited to bring it home and try it out. The girls loved it! We roasted hot dogs and marshmellows and then we just sat around the fire enjoying the warmth in the cold evening air. It was so fun to feel like we were camping. I am so excited for this summer. This is going to be the best summer yet!

Mothers Day

Mothers! The most important women in the world! I'm so grateful for my mom. She's the most amazing loving woman. I'm so grateful for my mom's mom, she's one of my best friends (and she has always been one of my biggest fans and cheerleaders). I'm grateful for my dad's mom who is an amazing example of a selfless person. And I'm also grateful for the dear woman that raised my amazing husband.

I've come to the conclusion that motherhood is the toughest job on the planet. I send my love out to all of the women in the world, not just the ones who have children but all of the women who are mothers at heart. Let's make sure to take care of the ones who take care of us. Mothers!

First Time Home Buyer

Kathryn just closed on her first home! Over all this deal was a smooth one, although I'm sure Kathryn would say that it was severly rocky. Once we got it under contract she had a few sleepless nights and the other nights she had to take sleeping pills. The seller took care of all of our repairs requests and her loan was ready to go within 15 days. I think she'll do great and the $8,000 tax credit will help her make it really cute!
