Normally short sales take around 6-9 months to push through the hoops. This short sale was a miracle deal. I got the listing on June 16th and had it closed by July 16th! My client's mortgage was through ResMae mortgage and they are amazing to work thru. Before I even posted the listing on the MLS they sent out an appraiser and then came back to me on a value they would accept. I listed it, we got a cash offer and two weeks later we were closed!
