Bank Owned Home SOLD

David & Nicole just closed on this Awesome house! They had a bad experience before they met me where a house they fell in love with turned out to be a Meth house. So when we got this house under contract they were nervous about the meth results on this house. It took about 5 days to get the results and when we found out it was Meth free they almost couldn't believe it! This home used to have about 3-4 families living in it at one time so it was in need of some tlc. The carpets were EXTREEMLY dirty and the cabinets above the stove were slimed with grease. They will be getting new carpets and painting plus some other minor repairs and when they are done I would guess that they will have about $15,000 in equity. I think they did a fabulous job finding a great investment that will be a wonderful house for them for years to come!
I'm on my way out the door right now to help them scrub baseboards and cabinets! I'm so excited! (for those of you who know me well, scrubbing is one of my most favorite things to do!!!!!)

The Dishwashers

So they don't know much about washing dishes but they are good at playing in the sink.

Butterfly Babies

Keller Williams has a party the begining of every fall called the Red Bash. Mary Olson (an agent that I worked with on a deal) invited us to the party. It had a live band, face painters, free food, balloon makers and cartoonists! We had a blast even though we stood in line for 45 minutes for these butterfly faces!

10 Yr High School Reunion

So my 10 Yr High School Reunion was a few weeks ago! Here's me with some of my friends! It was great to see them. It was also nice to have Austin come home for the event! (In the bottom picture you can't really see me...I didn't know that a picture was taking place. I was having too much fun with baby Viloet)

Growing...Growing...

:( My Baby Amelia is growing...Ok so she's not really mine, but she is my neice and she growing up against my wishes. She can crawl now :(

The Elliott Sale

The Elliotts have sold another home! This one started out as quite a mess and when the Elliott's were done with it, it was a beauty! Granite Countertops, New Cabinets, New Carpet, New Furnace & Central Air, New Stucco and the list goes on. This sale was one of the hardest I've had EVER! We got it under contract 3 times to have it fail each time. It wasn't until the 4th time that we got it to the finish line. Much relief to have this one off the books!

Baylen Amedus Elliott

India & Alayna have a new cousin! And as you can see they are happy he's here! I can't find the pictures of me holding him in the hospital. He's such a cutie and he's going to be a musical genious!

The Poo House

My in-laws found this house in West Valley. It's a screaming good deal. 3300 Sq Ft built in 1998! The only down side is that the family that lived there had dogs that shed about an inch of hair all over the floors and they allowed their dogs to poop in one of the basement rooms. Oh, and the people had their house PACKED with JUNK. You had to walk thru little walk ways to get from room to room. There was even junk piled on the beds with a space for someone to sleep. It was amazing how junky and dirty and gross that house was. But for $159k my in-laws could see the value. It was a short sale and it only took about 2 months to get our offer accepted. We had to jump through some hoops and we were concerned about having the people move out in time but it all pulled together and worked seamlessly!!!

The Santa Monica Pier

Here's a picture of Austin at the Santa Monica Pier! It sounds like an awesome place to go and the girls and I are excited to go there one day!

Pinata

So our West Valley neighbors invited us to a party this summer. They had a pinata and our girls absolutly loved it. Whenever we talk about a party they now ask if there's going to be a pinata!

The Sell Sale

My Brother & Sister-in-law just sold this cute house in August. It was on the market for only 24 days before it went under contract. They listed it originally at $180 and shortly after that they reduced it to $169k which caused quite an interest in the home. We got 3 offers and so we countered them all at the same amount and then two of the offers accepted our counter and we chose which offer was the best and most likely to close. Thankfully it all worked out and the deal closed at $175 minus closing costs! Congrats to the Sell Family!
