Congratulations to Esther

Esther just closed today on a Cute Condo in Centerville (nice alliteration). Esther and I used to go to church together as little girls. She taught me how to draw dresses on stick figures. My dad bumped into her at her work last year, she expressed an interest in buying a home. He hooked me and Esther up since we knew each other. We had a blast looking at homes!

She's a first-time home-buyer and is excited to get the $8,000 tax credit next year. The sellers pretty much just bowed at her feet and did anything she wanted. This deal went very smoothly. Her loan officer Richard Burrows @ Flagship Financial did a great job...he even worked everything out so that we could close on her birthday! Happy Birthday and Congrats on Being a Homeowner Esther!!
