So I normally don't put last names on my blog but these clients have the coolest last name. I had to share the pronunciation. So their first and last names will remain annonomous but the pronunciation will be public.The couple that bought this house are young, like 20 and 21. I was so impressed with them. When they asked me to guess their ages I guess older. So young and already buying their first house! Smart cookies! We checked out about 140 houses till we found this beauty. Totally remodled and smelled nice. No backyard neighbors, 2300 Sq Ft, 2 car garage and all for under $120k!!!! This deal went smoothly over all. It took a few more days to fund and record than planned but we got it closed! Congrats Quweechinski's!!
